At Feelmor, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
1. Returns – Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without giving a reason.
In addition to your statutory rights, Feelmor extends this period to 30 days, allowing you to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return
If your return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
In these cases:
- You are entitled to a full refund or replacement
- We will cover any reasonable return shipping costs
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they are faulty. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
